AEC MEntorship Program

The USA Swimming AEC is excited to announce the creation of their new Mentorship Program! LSC athlete representatives are encouraged to request a mentor to help them with a specific project, piece of legislation, college swimming advice, resume help, or general leadership development. Nothing is too big or too small for a mentor to help with! Mentors will also be holding a monthly workshop on topics relevant to athlete reps and their work.
